Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building & managing relationship with Channel Partners, ensuring Collections & ensure achievement of Sales Targets for Bhopal for all segment Industry/Infra/Buildings/EU/PnB/Contractors etc.

  • Sales Planning: Prepare Sales Plan for Allocated Targets
  • Defining Customers in the market and predicting their requirements
  • Allocating targets by customers and activities . Preparing month wise target plan
  • Achieving Sales Targets:
  • Regularly monitor sales / custom wise performance against Targets. Maintain forecast accuracy for OB & Sales month on month.
  • Drive ONE Schneider approach, Innovative offers and Ecostruxure solutions and saturate Partners.
  • Collections for Direct Customers and Partners. Manage Partners in the territory, Drive distributor commercial plan, SD targets and MDF events.
  • Customer Management:
  • Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan
  • Conduct regular meetings with OEM,EU, Contractors and Panel Builders to maintain relationship, resolve issues and motivate them to buy SEI Products
  • Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network
  • Promotional Activities:
  • Organize Contractor Meet /OEM/ Panel Builder Meet / Plant Visits / Technical Training / Factory visits , etc., for customers / consultants
  • Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team.

Qualifications

  • B.E. Electrical/Electronics with 6+ years of experience in Electrical and Automation Industry preferably in Key Segment like End Users is essential.
  • Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player. Adaptability-Create/ share/ adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity

  • Collaborative and Result Oriented.
