Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Prepare work schedules to ensure timely and organized daily operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized medical and employee records.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Provide training to new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Ensure timely ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies to avoid shortages.
- Address and resolve queries from doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff promptly.
- Assist in resolving potential issues with patients, ensuring their concerns are handled professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide patient counseling, addressing their concerns, and providing guidance.
- Contribute to promotional activities to enhance the hospital's visibility and community engagement.
