Job Description: Recruiter (Bulk Hiring Calling)
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct high-volume recruitment to meet bulk hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Perform extensive calling and initial screening to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job expectations.
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for extensive candidate calling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
