Job Description
- Coordination with Tender Project Manager for execution of project.
- Coordinate with purchase department after clearing technical specification for procurement and supply.
- Coordinate with logistic department for order shipment
- Coordinate with accounts for timely submission of invoice and for vendor payment.
- Invoice preparation with all supporting documents for government projects.
- Calculation of down time with client for invoice processing.
- Preparation of weekly and Monthly MIS reports.
- Attending monthly meeting with client for smooth going of project.
- Collecting all Technical & commercial data required. Documentation of Project.
- Education qualification - B.tech or Diploma in Electrical/mechanical Field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles
- Knowledge on tender would be an added advantage
