Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Vadodara on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of work experience in accounting. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing data and generating financial reports.
• Experience with QuickBooks for maintaining and reconciling financial records.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in financial reporting (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in account reconciliation (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of accounts payable processes for managing vendor payments.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes for handling customer payments.
• Basic financial analysis skills to assist in budgeting and financial planning.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare and submit financial statements and reports to management.
• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Support the finance team in internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide support during the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
