These tasks await you:

• You support our customers regarding their existing performance management software solution Serviceware Performance mainly by the following tasks:
• Structured processing of complex error situations;
• Analysis and troubleshooting in our customers complex IT architectures;
• Recreation of challenging error situations in the modern test lab;
• Development, presentation and implementation of solutions (no end-user support);
• Creation of documentation and recommendations for action;
• Remote configurations and adjustments within customer environments (managed service).
  
  

What you bring with you:

• Your education and CV are not the most important things to us. What matters to us is that you enjoy tricky technical challenges and are willing to learn new technologies and software solutions.
• You have a job-specific education in the IT sector and experience in dealing with business customers in the field of technology or support;
• You are interested in issues related to financial management and controlling as well as the use of enterprise software to support these processes;
• You already have knowledge of relational and possibly multidimensional databases (SSAS, TM1, Essbase);
• You have some experience with SQL quesries;
• You work in a structured manner and communicate in a customer-oriented way, fluent in English, German would be a plus;
• You are able to formulate complex issues in an understandable way;
