We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Python Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our products and services.

As the Lead Python Developer, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of developers, driving the development of robust and scalable Python-based applications. You will leverage your expertise in SQL and possess a strong working knowledge of OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and various AWS services, including Lambda and Event Bridge.

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Python code to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions.
  
  

Database Expertise

• Utilize your strong SQL expertise to design and optimize database schemas.
• Work with various database technologies, including OpenSearch, Redis, and MongoDB.
  
  

AWS Services

• Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging AWS services, such as Lambda and Event Bridge, to build scalable and efficient solutions.

Problem Solving

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance to the team as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Python development, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience with various technologies (e.g., OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda and Event Bridge.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Certification in AWS or relevant technologies(e.g., AWS Certified Developer).
