Human Resources (HR) Associate in Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability for the role.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status and metrics to the HR team and management.
