Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring alignment with company objectives and culture.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that comply with current employment laws and industry standards.
• Facilitate performance management cycles, including performance reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop effective training programs to meet organizational and employee needs.
• Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information for compliance purposes.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes, promoting a constructive and open dialogue to find solutions.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits administration, negotiating with vendors and reviewing packages for competitiveness.
