Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a team player, and a results-driven individual who can develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building to improve SEO
  • Analyze website analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budget to maximize ROI
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and other digital channels
  • Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Nice To Have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Experience with video production and editing software
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or HubSpot
