Human Resources Business Partner

We seek a results-driven strategic HRBP with 5-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a "founder's office" mentality - a creative, quick thinker who excels at generating innovative solutions, is adept at thinking outside the box, adapts quickly to new challenges, and finds efficient ways to address complex problems.
In this role, you will report to the Head of HR to implement end-to-end HR operations and critical strategies for driving growth and fostering a powerful, scalable company culture.
Recruitment
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, supporting rapid growth in a competitive market.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a streamlined hiring process that reflects our company values and culture.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
People Operations
- Leverage excellent execution of all comprehensive HR functions like talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Implement an efficient employee life cycle experience from recruitment, onboarding, and career development to retention strategies.
Culture Building & Employee Engagement
- Focus on building a new kind of company culture that is innovative, collaborative, and growth-oriented.
- Develop, plan, and execute engagement programs that foster an environment where employees feel connected, valued, and motivated.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Execute performance enhancement strategies that foster high performance and career development.
- Partner with managers to understand growth paths and potential areas for development from the teams they lead against a backdrop of aligning individual aspirations against organizational goals.
Problem Solving & People Operations
- Resolve distinct people's problems with unique solutions built around culture, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Make tactical decisions about how to drive better use of people data and HR processes by improving insights.
HR Metrics & Analytics
- Establish appropriate Key HR Metrics to measure the impact on the business.
- Leverage data-driven insights to provide process improvements and ensure HR activities are aligned with strategic goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A must have 5-6 years in an HRBP or similar role with experience in the SaaS industry.
- Strategic, resourceful, and able to work closely with founders and executive leaders.
- Possesses a strong background in end-to-end HR management and people strategy with experience in high-growth startups.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, passion to build and enhance company culture, and commitment to shaping an employee-centric organization.
