Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team in a Human Resources role. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about HR and eager to contribute to various HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations: Support the HR team in handling employee queries, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

Policy Implementation: Help implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Training and Development: Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives for employees.

Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews and feedback sessions.

Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.

Payroll Support: Provide assistance in the preparation and processing of payroll.

Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Event Coordination: Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.

General HR Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks as needed to support the HR department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
