Overview

We have an exciting role of People & Talent Operations Assistant (Hire to Retire). You will play a key role in maintaining HRMS systems w.r.t employee onboarding/offboarding and ensure a smooth flow of process, as well as supporting on L&D, recruitment, pipelining candidates and arranging screening calls and interviews. Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Oversee the ATS to ensure efficient tracking and management of job applications.
  • Post Job Openings: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and company websites.
  • Pipeline Candidates: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Coordinate Recruitment Activities: Assist in scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. To include creating onboarding decks, first month agenda, setting up onboarding meetings.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to HR policies.
  • Maintain Employee Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and documentation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.

Learning and Development (L&D)

  • Oversee Cornerstone administration: Manage the Cornerstone platform, ensuring all functionalities are utilised effectively.
  • Upload Trainings: Upload and manage training content on the Cornerstone platform.
  • Create Tracking Reports: Generate reports to track and chase training completion and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate L&D Bi-Monthly Staff Email: Prepare and distribute a bi-monthly email to staff, updating them on L&D opportunities and resources.

HR Administration

  • Update and maintain HRIS, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure visa compliance by completing annual audit reports
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, helping automate HR functions to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative burdens.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Create People-Focused Reports: Generate and analyse reports related to employee sickness, holiday tracking, and in-office attendance.
  • Generate and analyse HR metrics and reports, providing valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in HR operations handling Hire to Retire (Employee life cycle) , preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP (Success Factors), etc.), Greenhouse, Gloat, Cornerstone, Excel, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude are required
