Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Executive with strong communication skills to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level HR professional, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations, employee relations, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
• Manage employee records, update HR databases, and maintain accurate documentation of personnel files.
• Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring clear communication and support.
• Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and managing leave requests to ensure accurate records.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
• Participate in new customer acquisition by identifying opportunities, assisting with marketing initiatives, and supporting business development efforts.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
