Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience specializing in AEM Frontend and Backend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing Services Analytics. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our AEM-based applications ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM-based applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Provide technical expertise in AEM Frontend and Backend development to solve complex problems.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
• Implement and maintain analytics solutions to support marketing services.
• Work closely with marketing teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Document technical specifications and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to help them grow in their roles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in AEM Frontend and Backend development.
• Have a strong background in Marketing Services Analytics.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and related frontend technologies.
• Show expertise in Java OSGi and other backend technologies used in AEM.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Have experience with agile development methodologies.
• Possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
