The Quality Head leads the organization's quality function, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement to achieve world-class quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (e.g., IATF16949, VDA 6.3).
- Monitor quality metrics, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
- Implement CAPA processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee supplier quality management and deliver employee quality training.
- Manage the quality budget and communicate performance to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality management.
- 4-6 years of quality management experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Certifications (e.g., CQM, CQE, Lean Six Sigma).
- Industry-specific knowledge and data analysis expertise.
