Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Head Mixologist for a full-time position located in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for leading our bar operations with a focus on innovation and excellence. This mid-level role requires expertise in modern mixology and a keen eye for beverage trends

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in mixology techniques (Mandatory skill), showcasing an in-depth knowledge of crafting unique and innovative drinks that appeal to diverse customer preference
• Experience in creating modern cocktails and mocktails (Mandatory skill), demonstrating the ability to blend flavors and designs appealing drinks that are both aesthetically pleasing and delicious.
• Proven skills in cocktail creation, with the ability to invent signature drinks while keeping up with current trends in the beverage industry.
• Comprehensive beverage knowledge, including an understanding of various ingredients, liquors, and the ability to recommend pairings to enhance customer experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills, fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring customer satisfaction with every drink served.
• Effective team management skills, capable of leading and training junior staff members to maintain high operational standards.
• Efficient inventory management, responsible for overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies to ensure bar operations run smoothly.
• Aptitude in bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring the delivery of high-quality beverages that meet company standards.
• Innovate and develop a unique cocktail and mocktail menu that emphasizes creativity and contemporary trends.
• Train and mentor bar staff in advanced beverage techniques, elevating their skills and ensuring consistent service excellence.
• Oversee daily bar operations, maintaining an organized and efficient environment that complies with all safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory effectively, conducting regular checks and managing orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Engage with customers to build rapport and gather feedback, using insights to improve menu offerings and service delivery.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that enhance the bar's visibility and customer retention.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously refine and advance the mixology program
