Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Manager at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd in Jodhpur. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, identifying training needs, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
