Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead and manage all human resources functions for our IT & Software organization (https://www.dayalinfosystems.com). The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s goals and foster a positive work environment. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations in a dynamic and fast-paced IT setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and a culture of respect and inclusion.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and morale.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance review process, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, giving feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Implement and manage employee development programs to support career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with the HR service team to manage payroll processes and resolve any compensation-related issues.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of compensation structures to ensure equity and competitiveness.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions on topics such as compliance, leadership, and soft skills.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
  • HR Operations and Systems:
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related software to streamline HR processes.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes, efficiency, and service delivery.

Qualifications/Eligibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with IT-specific HR challenges such as tech talent acquisition and retention.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and their impact on HR practices.
