Role Overview

As a Management Intern, you will be placed based on your skills in one of the various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Accounts & Finance, HR, Logistics, and E-commerce Operations & Sales. You will gain hands-on experience, develop key skills, and contribute to the company's strategic goals while preparing for future leadership roles.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects across various departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows, challenges, and operational goals.
• Participate in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance productivity, customer experience, and business growth.
• Shadow senior managers to gain insights into leadership roles and company strategies.
• Learn and execute company policies, procedures, and operational systems.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Evaluate industry trends to identify potential opportunities for product development and expansion.
