Role Overview:

As part of the Founder's Office, you will work directly with leadership, contributing to strategic initiatives across business development, hiring, and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment and is eager to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and onboard new clients to expand our portfolio.

Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Prepare and deliver impactful pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

Develop strategies to attract top talent aligned with company goals.

Build and nurture a pipeline of candidates for various roles.

Strategic Operations:

Assist in planning and executing key business initiatives.

Conduct market research to provide actionable insights.

Support in project management and ensure timely deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and execution.

Contribute to creating scalable processes for efficiency.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in business development, hiring, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
