To support our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and driven Fleet Coordinator (EV) – Hyderabad (Contractual).

Your Tasks

• Oversee the day-to-day Fleet Operations of the EV bus fleet, ensuring that schedules are followed, buses are performing at their best, and any downtime is kept to a minimum.
• Manage the Battery Management System (BMS) to monitor the health, performance, and lifespan of all batteries.
• Set up and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure the batteries stay reliable and long-lasting.
• Quickly address and resolve any battery-related issues that come up.
• Develop and manage standard procedures for charging, including setting up schedules, ensuring safety, and maintaining charging equipment.
• Keep track of the charging infrastructure, work closely with charging partners, and ensure energy use is as efficient as possible.
• Oversee the maintenance of both the electrical and mechanical systems of the buses to
• ensure they're always in top shape. Ensure that all operations are fully compliant with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Track and analyze key metrics related to fleet performance, battery health, and charging efficiency.
• Use this data to recommend and implement improvements to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work closely with internal teams and bus partners to make sure everything is running efficiently. Be the go-to person for any fleet-related issues, offering expert advice and updates as needed.
  
  

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• 2 years' hands-on experience in intercity travels operations company.
• You are fluent in English and Hindi.
• You are communicative and a team player.
• You are flexible and prepared to work in shifts (24/7). However, when schedules are made your personal needs are taken into consideration.
