Responsibilities
- Preparation of Annual Operating Budget (AOP) and Monthly/quarterly forecasts and assume responsibility for all submissions to BU FP and A and Sector Commercial when needed.
- Driving the key KPI-driven PL improvements tracks with the relevant business and Business Finance Teams.
- Coordinates and Challenges financial inputs/ assumptions with multiple stakeholders across different functions- Sales, HR, R& D, controllership, etc.
- Reviews financials with Category finance leads.
- 4-5+ years of experience in finance and planning.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in both Management reporting and planning processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e. g., SAP, Oracle).
