Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Executive for our Airoli location. This is a full-time, junior-level position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills to manage facility operations efficiently while ensuring vendor and budget management aligns with company standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in facility management with a focus on maintaining operational excellence.
- Proven ability in vendor management (Mandatory skill) to effectively coordinate with external partners and manage contracts.
- Strong budgeting skills (Mandatory skill) for developing and managing facility budgets.
- Thorough understanding and implementation of safety compliance to ensure facility safety regulations are met.
- Effective space planning skills to optimize space usage and accommodate future change requirements.
- Demonstrated project management ability to lead facility improvement projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Proficiency in maintenance management to oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of facility systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of third-party contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and adhere to a comprehensive facility budget to control costs and maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure safety compliance with all relevant regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Plan and manage space allocation to ensure optimal use of available space.
- Lead and execute facility improvement projects, ensuring completion within timelines and budget.
- Maintain open and clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding facility issues and developments.
- Implement best practices for the maintenance of the facility to ensure ongoing efficiency and reliability.
