The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and support the overall marketing efforts for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align digital strategies with project objectives.
- Manage social media profiles and create engaging content to build the brands online presence.
- Monitor and report on social media performance.
- Optimize the companys website and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach.
- Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns.
- Develop content for blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns tailored to the real estate market.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and text for digital campaigns.
- Use digital marketing tools and strategies to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to improve campaign performance.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, track open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Generate reports on key metrics to measure success and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct research on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the real estate sector.
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in digital marketing, Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing automation tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Strong communication skills and creativity in content creation.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (like Canva or Photoshop) is a plus.
