Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter in Srikakulam to join our talent acquisition network. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals starting their career in recruitment to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to determine qualifications and compatibility with job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and ensure timely updates on recruitment progress.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates to facilitate smooth hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a team-oriented environment.
