Roles And Responsibilities For Desktop Support L1/L2/L3
Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, & Printers), software applications (Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, Citrix, Cobian Backup, One stream & other tools).
Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems through SCCM / External device (Windows 10).
Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of Office 365, OneDrive.
Installation and Managing of antivirus products.
Taking / Monitoring Regular data backup, restoration of data & mail backup of MS outlook.
Roles And Responsibilities For Network Engineer
Network support engineer shall be responsible to provide support, Network at L1 level.
The engineer shall have periodic knowledge sharing sessions with end user support team. Engineer must adhere AFLIs defined processes, security guidelines, regulatory guidelines, Dos, and donts rigorously.
Engineer shall be Handling Network monitoring at HO / PAN India support for Network related issue /Data & Voice Support.
Engineer shall be able to install and configure Data/voice ports, caballing, various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points etc.)
Roles And Responsibilities For Asset Executive.
Assisting in the preparation and updating Assets. Experience in IMAC, IT asset Management tool
Experience in asset allocation and DE allocation process. Knowledge in IT asset code creation
Assist in the preparation of various periodic reports including strategic plans, asset management reports.
Provide decision-making support to the management team regarding ongoing performance of the Assets.
Accountable for client requests and insure timely responses.
Assists the team during the acquisition and disposition of assets by serving to all parties involved in the process to coordinate smooth flow of files and information
Prepare Monthly weekly reports. Should be strong in Excel are MIS report preparation
