Job Purpose

Principal Accountabilities

  • Liaison with government organizations and regulatory authorities for obtaining various approvals, resolution of issues and compliance with various departs like RIICO, JDA, Rajasthan Pollution Control Board, Nagar Nigam, Local planning authority, Collector office, Tahsildar, Revenue office, Police, PHED, Local Sarpanch, RTO, Forest Officials, SEZ customs, RERA, Development Commissioner-SEZ and State government authorities.
  • Land title clearance and related Liaisoning with concerned authorities
  • Representing the organization at various community and government meetings
  • Resolving conflicts and maintaining good relationship with the local public residing around the Project
  • To coordinate and monitor with different agencies connected with project with respect to Approval and Progress.
  • To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • To prepare MIS on monthly basis for submission report to SEZ Authorities, RIICO and other statutory authorities.

Qualification And Experience

  • Graduate or Law graduate or Architect (preferably from Real Estate field) with Minimum 5 years’ experience of Real Estate environment in a reputed company regarding Govt Liaisoning and documentation work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of all latest rules & regulations pertaining to land, Environment, Planning and Development guidelines.
  • IT literacy skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint & SAP
  • Must be self-driven and proactive, adaptable, and flexible, with positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise activities.
  • Must be keen learner.
  • A practical, flexible, and innovative approach to work
