Description

Fexle is looking for a UI/UX Designer who is responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas to inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

A Graphic Designer creates aesthetically pleasing images and layouts for various media, including websites, advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

They work closely with clients and other team members to ensure that the designs meet the desired objectives and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and Create Visuals : Develop visual content based on client requirements, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
• Collaborate with Team Members : Work with copywriters, creative directors, and other team members to produce final designs.
• Use Design Software : Utilize software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and refine designs.
• Revise Designs : Make necessary adjustments based on client feedback and ensure the final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Maintain Brand Consistency : Ensure that all designs adhere to the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all media.
• Manage Multiple Projects : Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing various design projects.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Creative flair and attention to detail.
• Experience in web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Experience in video editing and animation.
• Candidates who have experience in Salesforce Lightning Design System, Lightning Experience Platform, Community Cloud would be most preferred
