Job Title: Manager – Strategy Lead Life Sciences
Experience:10-12 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced person at Senior/Manager level for our sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in life sciences, exceptional consulting skills, and outstanding communication abilities. The role involves developing strategic power-point presentations, work on solutions/Proposals/PoVs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients, leveraging expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business development.

- Communicate complex strategic concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- 10-12 years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting or related fields (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices).
- Strong understanding of life sciences industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent consulting skills, with experience in project management, client engagement, and team leadership.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with expertise in creating engaging, informative presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- MBA in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
