As a Process Management Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
You will be responsible for facilitating conversations with internal business partners and subject matter experts to gather information to create and publish procedures, job aids, and reference information., and publishing the final content. You will be accountable for day-to-day management of content in your assigned topics, ensuring formal review and approvals are obtained as well as the annual evergreen process. Over time, you are expected to become a subject matter expert on specific business topics and processes related to the topics you manage.

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. Job Responsibilities
- Prefer process management experience with business processes, and writing procedures, job aids, and reference materials.
- Adopt a process improvement mindset with the intent to be a subject matter expert for assigned topics. Analyze data/information to determine tactical and strategic impacts.
- Lead and facilitate business process/procedure conversations effectively with business partners/subject matter experts.
- Demonstrate proven collaboration and relationship-building skills across lines of business and with partners at all levels of the organization.
- Apply a process improvement and controls mindset and skills to enable evolution from the current to future state.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and/or efficiencies in existing processes.
- Respond and adapt to change.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, always-changing environment.
- Prefer experience with Adobe Dreamweaver and/or knowledge management tools/systems.
- Participate in the development of goals and execution of strategies within the organization.
- Make decisions guided by policies and/or established processes. Function as an individual contributor with advanced knowledge of the area of specialization and significant exposure across the JPMWM channels.
- Process improvement and controls mindset and skills that enable vision of evolution from current to future state while identifying gaps and opportunities for improvements / efficiencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, project management, delegation, and coaching skills
- Line of business, business process and procedures, and business applications knowledge
- May be required to have business-specific skills or certification
