Customer Service/Customer Support Internship in Jaipur

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Recording and updating orders from all marketplaces in the tracking sheet, ensuring accuracy for all order details
• Contacting customers after they place an order to confirm details, provide delivery timelines, and inform them promptly in case of any delays
• Coordinating with logistics partners to book shipments and notifying customers once their orders have been dispatched
• Tracking, managing, and updating data for all returns and cancellations, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up with customers
• Proactively communicating any expected delays to customers, maintaining clear and professional communication to manage expectations
