We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven 'Field Sales Executive' to join our team and help us grow by reaching out to schools and securing new business.

- Identify and target potential schools through field visits, networking, and research, while maintaining regular follow-up with prospects.
- Visit schools to present and demonstrate the company’s ERP software, building relationships with school decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clearly communicating the benefits and value of the ERP software to school administrators.
- Close sales deals by addressing client needs, handling objections, and negotiating terms effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or referrals.
- Document and track all sales activities, including meetings, demo outcomes, and deal progress, while submitting regular sales reports to management.
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets by optimizing sales strategies and ensuring efficient territory coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of field sales experience, ideally in the education or software sectors, with proven sales success.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage school administrators.
- Basic understanding of ERP software, with a quick learning ability for technical aspects.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage time effectively across multiple clients.
- Must own a vehicle and be open to extensive travel within the territory.
- Must own a laptop for product demos and managing sales activities.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
