Job Role

• Scan the current and past base of Query, Requests and Complaints across platforms and synthesize the same.
• Identify the scope of prevention or correction across verticals basis the scanning and Root Cause Analysis.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for product, quality, policy, Golden Harvest, in-store service, administrative and other improvements.
• Ensure time-bound implementation and communication.
• Do post-implementation impact assessment.
• Work closely with the Complaint Management Desk.

• 6-8 years of experience in the domains of Retail Operations and/or Product Management
