Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Follow up via emails and phone calls to convert inquiries into admissions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting queries into successful admissions
• Conduct face-to-face counseling sessions with prospective students
• Maintain effective follow-up until learners are successfully onboarded
• Adhere to and regularly update admission guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Generate periodic MIS reports for analysis and tracking
• Contribute to admissions through promotions, awareness activities, workshops, and presentations
