We are having an urgent opening for the position of CEO/GM for a reputed company in Concrete Manufacturing Industry at Gujarat (Ahmedabad) Location.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic CEO to lead our concrete slab and product manufacturing business in Ahmedabad. This position requires an industry veteran with deep expertise in concrete product manufacturing, a strong operational background, and a track record of successful leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring the scaling of operations and market expansion.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily manufacturing operations to maintain high-quality standards, optimize productivity, and ensure the efficient use of resources.
• Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, forecast financial needs, and control costs while ensuring profitability and ROI on all business activities.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team across all levels, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and develop partnerships to support growth.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operations meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on product quality and safety.

• 20 years of experience in the concrete manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 5 years in an executive role.
• Proven track record in leading large teams, strategic planning, and delivering financial results.
