This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Yash Enterprises in Jodhpur. The Caller will be responsible for making calls to resolve debt management issues, assisting in customer inquiries, updating records, and collaborating with the team to achieve collection targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in debt collection or customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and meet targets
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
