- Measure initiatives for contact elimination through A/B testing or non-causal analysis methods.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills for business decision support analysis.
- Create effective visualizations and dashboards that tell a compelling story and provide recommendations for new business initiatives.
- Conduct driver analysis and develop time series models to forecast trends in metrics.
- Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover opportunities and provide written recommendations.
- Communicate data clearly and concisely, adjusting your style for different audiences to address complex finance issues effectively. Your communication influences critical business decisions.
- Become an expert in your field to promote work-life balance. Be a positive, collaborative influencer to new team members, exemplifying operational excellence and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with Excel
- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
