We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Industry and be adept at translating business requirements into actionable insights. This role will play a crucial part in driving projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong Agile and Waterfall Business Analyst experience in both Web and Mobile projects.
• Ability to create proposals and case studies.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish, across multiple technical systems and platforms.
• Previous experience managing developers, both in-house and offshore.
• Work closely with technical team, Producing and supporting detailed, key project deliverables, including complex business requirements, throughout the project life cycle.
• Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
  
  

Requirement

• Candidates with 3+ years prior experience in Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and project costing skills.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Excel, JIRA).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
