• Technical Skills (Mandatory skill): Strong technical acumen in troubleshooting and maintaining food service equipment and machinery.
• Problem Solving (Mandatory skill): Ability to diagnose problems effectively and implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Equipment Maintenance: Thorough understanding of maintenance procedures and practices to ensure optimal functionality of equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Skilled in identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and technical issues promptly and effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, implementing swift and effective solutions.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, updating logs and reports for accountability and transparency.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts, repairs, and maintenance contracts as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff for equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvements in maintenance procedures and efficiency.
