Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Certification Required
Professional certification in Billing and Cost Management would be an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit progress billings, change orders, and invoices for Civil/Finishes/Interior projects at airports.
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors as necessary.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
- Generate cost reports, cash flow, and other financial reports related to the projects.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while preparing billing documents.
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights on billing-related matters and address any queries from the project team.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting team to reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Monitor billing schedules and deadlines to avoid delays and facilitate smooth project cash flow.
- Conduct regular audits of billing processes to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in billing and invoicing procedures.
Education Qualification:
