Role-

This role is responsible for overseeing the trading operations, managing a team of dealers, and ensuring that client orders are executed efficiently and compliantly. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong leadership, risk management skills, and the ability to maintain relationships with key clients. The Dealing Room Head plays a critical role in maintaining the firm's reputation for accurate, timely trade execution and regulatory Activation Goals: Achieve monthly and overall activation targets for new client accounts.

• Reactivation Goals: Strategically target and re-engage inactive clients.
• Client Retention: Meet and exceed client retention targets through exceptional service.
• Team Leadership: Reach team performance goals through effective leadership.
• Recruitment and Training: Hire and provide training to ensure a high-performing team.
• Compliance Enforcement: Maintain trading compliance and quality as per company standards.
• High-Net-Worth (HNI) Engagement: Actively engage with HNI clients to meet their unique needs.
• Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the engagement team to run effective client campaigns.
• Innovation in Marketing: Implement and oversee marketing automation strategies
  
  

Required Skills & Qualification

• Experience: At least 7 years in the industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
• Education: A postgraduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred.
• Industry Expertise: Must have a strong background in the stock broking industry.
• Certification: NISM Series VIII certification is required.
