- Lead P&L for India Consumer OE business with focus on team of professionals on key account management for Global, Regional and Local OEMs
- Provide strategic direction for all activities leading to achieving the AOP, as well as defining long term profitable and sustainable growth strategies and KPIs for India Consumer OE business linked to AP 1-2-3 Vision
- Guide, drive alignment and execution of India specific country OE strategy to support both India and AP OE Strategy and Objectives
- Improve the company's profitability by achieving the targeted topline and bottom-line objectives linked to AP 1-2-3 Goals
- Responsible for all aspects of OE business management: Business Development, Planning, Monitoring program development and OE business financial performance by collaboration with cross-functional teams not limited to Tech Centers, AP regional team and other AP clusters and countries for business strategy and project alignment
- Interact with management team of OE accounts at senior level proactively to build strong relationship between 2 parties
- Lead and develop a high-performing OE account team with coaching, support and retention of key talents
- 15+ years of proven B2B sales and account management experience and a track record of working with a wide range of business partners in auto industry
- 5+ years above of leadership role with B2B team management experience
- Project management or OEM working experience is preferred
- Highly motivated leader with a mature, positive attitude and growth mindset, passion for managing account management teams and working with customers and partners on driving solutions and services to meet customers’ biz. challenges and opportunities, with strong biz and financial acumen
- Strategic thinking, solid communication and upper management skills with capability to work under a high-pressure environment
