Role Summary

As a Process Associate, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience post-sale. Your role is critical in expanding our customer base and contributing to our revenue Customer Acquisition : Identify and connect with potential customers through phone calls.

Sales Conversion : Persuade prospects to enroll in our services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Service : Provide outstanding service to customers post-sales, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales metrics.

Adherence to Sales Metrics : Stay motivated and committed to achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Skills Required

• Excellent Communication Skills in English : Essential for interacting with international clients.
