Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about identifying talent and building effective teams. As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and aligning talent acquisition with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct initial candidate screenings, evaluate resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate fit.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and a positive candidate experience.

Job Postings:

Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with role requirements.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates on the recruitment process and addressing inquiries.

Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:

Assist in the offer negotiation process and coordinate onboarding for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide support in candidate selection.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate reports to monitor recruitment metrics and trends.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement strategies to improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Passion for talent acquisition and team-building.
