Assistant Manager/Area Manager - Sales & Technical service (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

• Commercial Focus: Manage defined sales and account responsibility within a defined territory, market segment and field of application, industry or specifically assigned accounts.
• Multi annual experience in sales of Industrial parts cleaning, Paints, Electro Plating products and expert knowledge in one or more fields of application and/or comparable knowledge in sales of chemical specialties.
• Function as a company representative with a strong sense of professionalism and customer service.
• This role is responsible for tracking of trends and relevant markets as well as ensure entering new markets or applications and continuous expansion of presence on the market;
• Managing projects for Business Development; coordinate activities with internal and external partners and for pro-active new customer acquisition; identification of customer requirements/specifications
• Negotiate contracts and prices on national and international level and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Build new, close relations to customers, suppliers and service providers to create new markets and secure the market position.
• Hands on experience in handling independently with sales & customer service.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduation / Post Graduation in Chemistry with 10+ years of experience in Industrial parts cleaning, Paints, Electro Plating Industry.
• Good communication skills in English speaking & writing.
• Local language is Mandatory.
• Hands on experience in IT tools
• Hands on experience in MS Office.
