Job Description
- Leading the Business Control department, and managing the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensuring the financial performance is in line with the company's strategic objectives.
- Driving improvement in financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Providing financial advice and guidance to the senior management team.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Managing and developing a team of finance professionals.
- Working closely with other department heads to drive the company's financial performance.
A successful 'Head of Business Control' should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the Accounting & Finance field.
- Open to Pune as a location.
- Candidate should come with experience working in the infrastructure or Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Candidate must presently be managing a Team.
