Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users and clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of our software applications, including identifying and addressing any potential issues or bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements to our applications.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure the stability and reliability of our applications and infrastructure.
  • Document and update support processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations to address any urgent issues outside of regular business hours.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in application support, software development, or IT operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL querying.
  • Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
