Requirement
- At least 5 years of experience in WD studio development.
- Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for Workday HR modules.
- Analyze complex Workday business requirements to determine the impact and/or change to Workday integrations architecture.
- Perform hands-on development of various inbound and outbound interfaces.
- Troubleshooting integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution.
- Demonstrated integration experience in HR-related domains (core, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent, performance, etc.).
- Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timelines are met. Provide guidance to the team on integration strategies.
- Bring expertise to provide the best in class architecture and solution for all integration needs associated with workday.
- Perform all test cycles for integrations to ensure successful end-to-end delivery. Participate in Workday customization activities, tuning, workflow adjustment.
