Job Title: Unit Head Pre-Issuance Vendor Management

Function/Department: Operations- Retail, Wholesale & Treasury

Job Purpose

Expertise in managing bank's Credit Card Pre-issuance & Vendor Management. Computer knowledge, MS office, should perform basic data analysis. Expertise in Vendor management and Inventory management. Expertise in managing end to end Credit Card Pre-issuance & Vendor Management process for bank. Quality aspect in all deliveries & time management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Should have experience of managing team for post-issuing processing in Credit Card operations for at least 5-10 years.
• Setting up Pre-issuance & Vendor Management process and ensure that the SOPs of the process are prepared, implemented and monitored.
• Responsible for Smooth working of Credit card Pre-issuance & Vendor Management process.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of EMI conversion request, account maintenance activities, charges reversal, excess credit refund etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of card replacement request, add-on card creation, demog details change etc.
• Implementation of new projects & initiatives to automate the processes.
• Should manage the vendors, track and audit the activities conducted by them on regular basis
• Publishing MIS to management on Daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Should be able to impart training to internal and external partners on application processing
• Ensure highest quality, regulatory compliance and establish risk management controls in all aspects of process
• Handling internal and external audits for unit/Bank.
• Experience of managing Credit card Pre-issuance & Vendor Management Operations unit of banks / processors.
• Good verbal and written communication
• Skills for documenting customer account activities.
• Proactive approach with the ability to take the initiative to problem solving.
  
  
  

Educational Qualifications

Graduation: Any Graduation.

Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation.

Experience: 10-18 years of relevant experience in Pre-Issuance Vendor Management.
